A novel lighting source has being developed at NAMI. This features dual-channel COB (Chip on board) LED device with advanced algorithm and user-friendly mobile control. Its tunable emission reaching close resemblance to natural light, and hence allow harmony to our biological circadian rhythm.This tunable light source would synchronizes our sleep-wake cycle with different spectra and intensity according to circadian rhythm along the day. For daytime, Cool white lighting with M/P ratio as high as 1.1 would suppress melatonin secretion and boost up people alertness and improve working efficiency. At night, Warm white lighting with an M/P ratio lower than 0.5 would give maximum natural melatonin secretion, hence aid relaxation and sleep. Together with the high CRI, our biological needs can be satisfied without compromising any visual quality.Meanwhile, with the WIFI-controlled LED driver and mobile phone APP, the adjustment of CCT and intensity of light source could be done with ease and vast flexibility.
